Annual HCPS Required Parent Paperwork
Parents, each year there are forms that are required to be completed for each student near the beginning of the year. To make this process easier and quicker for you and for us, we have moved to a digital format this year. Please take some time over the next few days to go here to complete the required forms. These forms need to be completed no later than August 26th for each student.
If parents are not aware of their child's student ID, parents can find it in their Parent Portal account. Also, all teachers have access to their classroom's students IDs.
