Title I Family Survey (Spring 2021)

The school division is constantly searching for new ways and ideas to meet the needs of students and families. Parent input is a valuable tool in determining how we can improve. Application for Virtual Learning in 2021-2022

We are going to offer a virtual learning option for students for the 2021-2022 school year if this is still desired by the family and the student meets certain criteria. In order to be considered for virtual learning for the upcoming school year, parents must apply NO LATER THAN MAY 29TH. No application is necessary for families who wish to have their children attend in person. THE APPLICATION ONLY NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED IF YOU WISH TO HAVE VIRTUAL LEARNING. HCPS STEAM Competition-Live Stream

IN PERSON STUDENTS: Please meet us in the GYM at CGW at dismissal today. We will be going over a few things and then transporting you to HHS.


VIRTUAL STUDENTS: Please have your ride drop you off at HHS at 1:00 at the GYM Lobby. Bring a mask and your permission slips! Parents may need to fill out a COVID form before you enter the building.

CGW Return to In-Person Learning (March 16th)

CGW will return to in-person learning on March 16th for those students who opted to return to the building based on our survey from November. Virtual learning will continue for all other students, but there will be a time change for all CGW students.

CGW Daily Schedule

Below is our daily schedule for CGW students. History, Science and Elective classes are Every Other Day classes, and are labeled by "A" or "B" on your student's schedule. 'A' Days are EVEN Calendar days and 'B' Days are ODD Calendar days.

CGW Virtual Parent Teacher Conferences

CGW Teachers will offer Parent Teacher Conferences from Monday, October 12th through Friday, October 23rd. Each Grade Level will have ONE night that teachers are available from 2:00pm-7:00pm. Other appointment times are available during Teacher Office Hours Monday through Friday from 2:00-4:00pm.
You will need to select a time and date for EACH teacher you would like to meet with for Conferences this year.
