We would like to officially invite our Wildcat Families to our CGW Back to School Night on Wednesday, July 20th from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
Back to School Night will provide an introduction to teachers and grade level principals for all students. Families are welcome to walk through their student(s) schedule, locate classrooms, and meet teachers. We hope to see you there!
This year we are partnering with School Store to raise funds to help purchase the essential items needed in our school and classrooms. We also use some of these funds for fun activities and student incentives throughout the school year. These include ice cream socials, pizza parties, special incentives for jobs well done, and year-end activities.
Visit Schoolstore.net and enter school code 2223 to start fundraising now!
The new school year is just around the corner, Wildcats! Please take a moment to check out the 2022-2023 CGW School Supply Lists for each grade level. Looking forward to a great year!
As we embrace the next few weeks of summer we wanted to take a quick look back at one of our summer intersessions: How does your garden grow?
Our 6th grade science students were able to contact Astronaut Thomas Marshburn on the International Space Station as it orbited above our school this morning! They asked thought provoking questions, received some intriguing answers & even received a math challenge to look into! We are so proud of Ms. Perry & all of her students for their work on this project. Thank you to ARISS for the opportunity and the Richmond Amateur Radio club for helping our students experience success! #wildcatpride🐾 #hopewellmagic #internationalspacestation #ARISS #talkingtoanastronautinspace
Attention all CGW In-Person students & parents:
In January, we began the process of collecting Chromebooks and chargers to be cleaned, updated and returned to classrooms. Thank you to those of you who have already done this! However, at this time, we are still missing many Chromebooks and chargers.
